The works of Fabian Burgos demand enough curiosity, as to firstly let oneself be seduced by the effect of the painting's movement, to immediately go beyond this mirage towards the materiality of the details. After getting dazed, the observer should come closer, stop, hold his breath to perceive the difference between the way of making some lines and others, between the different ways of building and destroying limits. That second look would seem to contradict the first and yet both are necessary.
